Where do your products come from?
We source products through trusted local and international suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, and import partners. We also directly import selected products to provide customers with quality products at competitive prices.
What happens if a product becomes unavailable after I place an order?
In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives, store credit, or a refund.
Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
We do our best to ensure product images accurately represent each item. Colours, packaging, and minor product details may vary slightly depending on manufacturers, suppliers, or product updates.
Are the products on your website available for immediate dispatch?
Most products listed on our website are available from local stock. Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability and order volumes. If there is any delay with your order, our team will contact you directly.
Refund & Returns
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the product and packaging where possible. We'll investigate the matter and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I return a product?
Returns may be accepted provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where applicable.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied item, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Where stock is available, eligible items may be exchanged for the same product or a suitable alternative.
Beauty & Personal Care Products
Can opened skincare products be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, beauty, and personal care products cannot usually be returned unless they are defective, damaged, expired, or supplied incorrectly.
