At Value Cart, we strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our standard delivery timelines, shipping rates, and related information.


🚚 Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within:

  • Local deliveries (major cities): 4–5 business days

  • Regional or outlying areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in our standard delivery timeframes. Unexpected delays (e.g., courier backlogs, weather disruptions) may occasionally affect delivery schedules, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.


💰 Shipping Fees

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Free Shipping: Orders of R1300 or more qualify for free delivery nationwide.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of R150 applies to all orders below R1300.


📦 Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can use this information to track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.


🏡 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across South Africa only.
Deliveries are made to physical addresses — we unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

In rare cases, there may be delays due to courier issues or stock availability.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
